New Year’s Eve in Orlando

It’s almost time to bring in the New Year and if you are spending the last day of 2016 with us at the Hawthorn Suites Lake Buena Vista, we want to make sure you are aware of all the fun events Orlando has to offer. Of course going to the theme parks for New Year’s Eve is always an amazing option, and the there is no display of fireworks more beautiful than Disney’s, but if you want to explore options that go beyond the theme parks, here are a few ideas:

ICEBAR Masquerade NYE Ball

The ICEBAR offers the best way to cool off here in Florida. The whole entire place is built out of ice and you have to wear heavy coats to keep it warm. It’s a super fun environment and you can enjoy their annual party three different ways: General entry costs $50, Ice Package $85 and VIP Package $135.

Time: 8pm – 2am

EVE

This is one of the biggest NYE bashes if you like a good party! You’ll get access to CityWalk clubs/bars, champagne toast, six party zones, unlimited food and lots of great music. Prices start at $125.99 + tax.

New Year’s Eve on Wall Street

A block party and eight venues to be enjoyed! Party is equipped with a street wide light show, outdoor dance party and an awesome countdown to 2017 hosted by DJ Draven. Prices are $25 for advanced purchase and $30 on New Year’s Eve.

The Melting Pot

If you want to steer clear off the parties but still have a unique dining experience, you can bring in the New Year enjoying a special multi-course pre-fixe menu and a champagne toast. Price for the Orlando location is $69.
