For a nominal fee of $5.00 per package* you may have packages delivered to the resort. The name on the package must match that of the resort reservation. Payments for packages can be pre-paid by emailing email@example.com. In the event your package does not arrive prior to your departure date, packages may be forwarded with prior arrangements for an additional fee. The hotel will not be held responsible for misdirected or lost packages.
*Please note: For large or heavy packages or if the package needs the be held longer than 3 days before check-in there will be an additional charge. Standard packages are 14’”x 14″ x 8’”and weigh 3.5lbs (or less).

Smoking is not permitted in hotel suites. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor smoking locations only. Should evidence of smoking be discovered inside your suite, a $250 fee will be assessed and charged to the credit card on file.
Cannabis: We expect all guests staying at Hawthorn Suites Lake Buena Vista Resort to be aware of and adhere to all applicable laws and hotel policies regarding the use of cannabis and related products in accordance with the Florida Statue which does not allow for the smoking of cannabis, regardless of medical status, in any public area. Public areas at this hotel include the pool area, parking area, building corridors and courtyards, and all other areas, indoor and outdoor, throughout the property. Further to this policy, smoking of any kind is prohibited within any indoor space, including the guests’ rooms. Designated smoking areas are located around the property for tobacco use only. Violations of this policy will result in fines of up to $250 and eviction from the property.

Yes, we offer coin operated washer and dryers on the second floor. If you need dry cleaning services please check with the front desk.
Yes, we offer complimentary wi-fi in all guestrooms and public areas.
During the winter months the pool is heated. The pool is open from dawn until dusk.
We offer an optional paid shuttle service with direct transport to Walt Disney World® Resort is available via online through Fabulous Buses.
No, parking is free for registered guests of the hotel. Parking passes are required.
We do not offer early check-in or late check-out in advance. Please feel free to note your arrival time on your reservation, but we cannot guarantee early check-in will be available even if it is noted. Once you arrive at the hotel, you can request a late check-out with the front desk. If available, there may be a nominal fee charged for late check-outs.
Unfortunately, while we love our furry friends, we do not allow pets; however, service animals with documentation are accepted.
For everyone’s health and safety, we may not be able to hold on to “lost and found” items. Please make sure you have all of your belongings before checking out so nothing gets left behind. Thank you for your understanding.
If you decide to make a change to your reservation prior to the cancellation period, such as a room upgrade, we would be more than happy to help you. Please email email@example.com or call 866-756-3778 for availability and upgrade costs.

Cancellation terms and conditions are explained during the reservation process. Our hotel policy is 72 hours prior to arrival you may cancel without penalty unless you reserve a non-cancellable or non-refundable reservation such as Advanced Purchase or Pay in Advance & Save. Additionally group block reservations have a 7 day cancellation policy. Cancellations made within cancellation period will be charged a one night room & tax penalty.
Any changes to your reservation can be made providing they are made within the terms of the cancellation policies & terms. Please note that changes to a reservation can; however, result in rate changes.

Yes, your credit card will be charged either a deposit or the full amount of the stay depending on what rate you select to guarantee reservation. Please check the terms and conditions of the reservation prior to confirming for the exact deposit which applies to your reservation. Please note: Reservations made with a declined or invalid credit card are subject to cancellation.

No, we do not have a restaurant; however, there are plenty of restaurants along Palm Parkway within walking distance as well as Disney Springs® which is just 2 miles away. Click here to view local options.
