We offer a daily, hot breakfast complimentary for our registered hotel guests* with delicious items that rotate daily. Visit the lobby breakfast area from 7:00 am – 9:30 am daily! Click here for additional information.
*Please note: breakfast is not included for guests who book through Airbnb or through an owner who does not offer check in through the hotel front desk. However, we are more than happy to offer a paid breakfast option if your rate does not include breakfast. For more information or to purchase your per person breakfast voucher please stop by the front desk.
Yes, your credit card will be charged either a deposit or the full amount of the stay depending on what rate you select to guarantee reservation. Please check the terms and conditions of the reservation prior to confirming for the exact deposit which applies to your reservation. Please note: Reservations made with a declined or invalid credit card are subject to cancellation.

Any changes to your reservation can be made providing they are made within the terms of the cancellation policies & terms. Please note that changes to a reservation can; however, result in rate changes.

Cancellation terms and conditions are explained during the reservation process. Our hotel policy is 72 hours prior to arrival you may cancel without penalty unless you reserve a non-cancellable or non-refundable reservation such as Advanced Purchase or Pay in Advance & Save. Additionally group block reservations have a 7 day cancellation policy. Cancellations made within cancellation period will be charged a one night room & tax penalty.

We currently do not offer shuttle service at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
If you decide to make a change to your reservation prior to the cancellation period, such as a room upgrade, we would be more than happy to help you. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 866-756-3778 for availability and upgrade costs.
For a nominal fee of $5.00 per package* you may have packages delivered to the resort. The name on the package must match that of the resort reservation. Payments for packages can be pre-paid by emailing email@example.com. In the event your package does not arrive prior to your departure date, packages may be forwarded with prior arrangements for an additional fee. The hotel will not be held responsible for misdirected or lost packages.
*Please note: For large or heavy packages or if the package needs the be held longer than 3 days before check-in there will be an additional charge. Standard packages are 14’”x 14″ x 8’”and weigh 3.5lbs (or less).

Unfortunately, while we love our furry friends, we do not allow pets; however, service animals with documentation are accepted.
We do not offer early check-in or late check-out in advance. Please feel free to note your arrival time on your reservation, but we cannot guarantee early check-in will be available even if it is noted. Once you arrive at the hotel, you can request a late check-out with the front desk. If available, there may be a nominal fee charged for late check-outs.
No, parking is free for registered guests of the hotel. Parking passes are required.
Because of Disney’s on-property transportation changes due to Covid-19; our hotel-provided complimentary shuttle service is currently suspended. However, an optional paid shuttle service with direct transport to Walt Disney World® Resort is available via online through Fabulous Buses.
During the winter months the pool is heated. The pool is open from dawn until dusk.
Yes, we offer complimentary wi-fi in all guestrooms and public areas.
Yes, we offer coin operated washer and dryers on the second floor. If you need dry cleaning services please check with the front desk.
We currently do not offer tickets for purchase at our hotel. You may purchase Disney Theme Park Tickets online through our website; however, please be advised that you will also need to make a park reservation. Tickets for Universal Orlando and SeaWorld can be purchased online or at their ticket counters.
