Requesting a Refund or Transfer Your Reservation Dates?
You can request a refund on a previously canceled reservation or transfer your deposit to a future date for an additional 5% discount by clicking the “Request Refund/Transfer” button below to complete the request form. Please note: due to the high volume of cancellations, refunds may take up to 8 weeks to process from the date of your cancellation.
