Refund and Transfer Requests

If you are inquiring on the status of your refund; please note due to the high volume of cancellations refunds may take up to 8 weeks to process from the date of your cancellation.  If you are due a refund and it’s past 8 weeks please complete the below form. You can also request to transfer your deposit to a future reservation; if you choose this option, we will extend an extra 5% discount off our lowest Book Direct rate for the future dates of travel; please note if you are  interested in transferring to a future reservation and someone from our team will reach out to you.

This was our 2nd stay in this hotel. The first was in 2009. Both times the Hawthorn Suites has been immaculate, the suites are lovely, really big.
